Morning Pages

I have a habit of doing this thing called morning pages.

My recent routine consists of waking up, reviewing my intentions and long term goals, drinking water, hygeine, breathing and meditating for roughly thirty minutes, and then writing in a journal.

For the next thirty days or so, I will be experimenting these morning pages as a public blog post... We will see how it goes!
